All prices are charged per person for the full guest count. Up to 20% is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the final bill. Let us know when you are ready and we will e-mail you our event agreement form to sign & submit the deposit.

Each private space requires a minimum spending amount or minimum number of people. This may vary depending on season/availability. For reference, the typical minimums are as follows:
Afghan Room: 15 people
VIP Room: 15 people
Bistro: 15 people
Cottage: 35-45 people
Stage Patio: 35-45 people
Fountain Patio: 35-45 people

We cannot guarantee the specific space or table layout you have until 1 week prior to the event.

Please e-mail us your final menu selections and final minimum guest count no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. This would be the minimum that we will prepare and charge for.
