Please Note: Private bars, use of specific bars, & private bartenders are not guaranteed for any event without the purchase of the “Private Bar Package”. Other guests and events may use the same bar as you and your guests. Also note that Shots are not included in any of the bar packages to ensure the safety of our guests.

BOOKING INFORMATION & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Please review the following information prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help!

All prices are charged per person for the full guest count. Up to 20% is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the final bill. Let us know when you are ready and we will e-mail you our event agreement form to sign & submit the deposit.

Each private space requires a minimum spending amount/minimum number of people. This may vary depending on season/availability. For reference, the typical minimums are as follows:
Afghan Room: 15 people
VIP Room: 15 people
Bistro: 15 people
Cottage: 35-45 people
Stage Patio: 35-45 people
Fountain Patio: 35-45 people

We cannot guarantee the specific space you have, or the table layout until 1 week prior to the event.

We require that you e-mail us with your final menu choices & final minimum headcount by no later than 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the event. This would be the minimum that we will prepare and charge for.
