This fee is for bringing outside dessert into the restaurant. We are happy to cut & serve cake to your guests, hold it in our fridge, as well as supply any necessary tables and/or dinnerware.

*Please Note: Private bars are not guaranteed for any private event. Other guests and private events may use the same bar as you and your guests. If you’re interested in having a private bar for your event, please ask us about the extra charges & requirements.

We require that all events review the following information prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help!

Up to 20% is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/time. It will be subtracted from the total bill. Let us know when you’re ready and we will send you a secure form via email to fill out & sthe deposit.

Each private space requires a minimum spending amount/number of people. This may vary depending on the season, availability, etc. For general reference, typically the Afghan Room/VIP Room/Bistro require a minimum charge of 15 people, & typically the Cottage/Stage Patio/Fountain Patio require a minimum charge of 35 people. Please let us know if you have any questions about the required minimum for your event.

The specific space you have, as well as table layouts/setups may not be guaranteed until 1 week prior to the event.

We use our e-mail correspondence as a contract. Please make sure to e-mail us all your details so that we have a record. We require that you e-mail your final menu choices & final minimum headcount no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. This will be the minimum that is prepared & charged for. Let us know if you’d like a pricing quote, we’ll be happy to send one that includes all charges/fees.
